It HAS NOT WORKED THE ENTIRE TIME I HAVE HAD THE POS

I have called for help and run tests numerous times OVER AND OVER The same excuses etc everytime “There is an OUTAGE” “THERE IS AN OUTAGE” After 5 months the person who I could barely understand finally said I needed a tech when I DEMANDED A MANAGER This is a rip off IT HAS NEVER BEEN ABLE TO STREAM THE SIMPLEST SHORT VIDEOS ETC IT TAKES 5 MINUTES TO PULL UP MY EMAIL. AND AFTER WASTING ANOTHER TWO HOURS THE OTHER NIGHT I WAS TRANSFERRED TO SALES IN SOME FORIEGHN COUNTRY A PURPORTED MANAGER AND WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO AD $9.50 A MONTHTO EVEN GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH A TECH
