I have Viasat Unleashed which is an unlimited data plan. For the last 2 months it keep saying my data usage has reached a critical point. In June and July I did use a lot of data but why it doesn’t start over each month. I thought each month your data starts over and it hasn’t. I feel like I’m wasting my money. What is the deal?
Does not restart each month, Punishes you for awhile to force you to use less data monthly to stay at their threshold.
Actually more restricted on that plan than the old legacy ones!

That’s correct, the plan does not start over every billing cycle or month. It calculates the tier based on previous average usage.
