Internet usuage

I just had service at my home 2 days ago. I have been unable to use the internet at all ,this is been a few months issue.l. I received a notice that I have used all my internet up. I know this is not right. I get the same message every month but this has to be wrong. I had no signal at all for a long time. It works now then this message said i used it all up and have 16 days to go.

I took a look at your account and noticed that between May 29 and 30 you consumed almost 50 GB and as a result ran out of priority data.
