Since I purchased the satellite Internet through Viasat, cell phone Internet is very slow. I don’t use for streaming, it is only used for searching the Internet.
I’m alone so there are no other users in the home and TV it’s always of. For the price of this service the speed really needs to increase.

Your modem is currently receiving great download and upload speeds. Also, your account is healthy and does not present any issues.
Can you provide more information about your network setup? Do you have a router?
When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?
