Internet speed slow

My internet speed is extremely slow and almost non-existent. I have been on the phone with tech support 4 times in the last two days with multiple reboots but no improvement and now is actually worse! What can I do to be able to fix this issue?

Have you noticed that the speeds are only bad at a certain time?

When you get a chance can you please run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
