Internet speed is slow

We have paid extra to have faster internet and it’s not any better than previously. I was told to wait for a sunny day.

What speeds are you seeing when you run

I just ran a remote test from your modem and saw the following:

Also, incidentally, I noticed you have Video Data Extender enabled. Is that intentional? Check out this link to learn more about it: Should I enable Video Data Extender?.

Just checking back in on this…we may be able to help. Can you share what speeds you are seeing?
