Going on three weeks without internet service. They need to send out a technician but keep pushing back when they can do it. Instead of push up the priority of my outage, they have pushed it back.

Did the technician arrive today? The last note says the tech would be late to the appointment, but I’m trying to find out what happened with this service call.
I see however that your modem is back up and running.
