I can’t reboot your Viasat modem from our end, as it’s totally offline.
It looks like there have been many recent offline events (since July 14th), and the signal quality of your modem had a massive drop on July 17th.
Has there been bad weather in the region lately? It’d be worthwhile to check if your antenna has been moved due to heavy winds, or if rainwater has gotten inside of it.
It was up yesterday eveni g but is down again right now. As far as I can tell nothing is wrong with the dish, it’s on the roof though

Please confirm if your modem is currently turned on and all cables are firmly connected. If so, I’ll request a tech visit to swap the modem.
