Internet bounces up and down all day

Are you having speed issues only, intermittent connectivity only, or both?

Also, could you kindly inform us of when this issue started?

Lastly, could you run an advanced speed check? Please use a laptop or Android phone to run it using https://speedcheck.viasat.com. This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and more info on Wi-Fi.

Have ordered Starlink equipment. This has been a recurring issue for weeks, and keeps getting worse. It started about the time you reduced your rate for unlimited service in our rural area. You’ve sent technicians out several times. They dink around for awhile and run tests, have swapped out the router more than once. Everything is fine during the daytime when they are here, but in the evenings, your service degrades consistently at dinner time and through prime viewing peaks. Im sure you can see it in your records. Really just done with this.

I do not blame you on going for it, Once I get the cash together with a few months of money saved for the first few months of starlink, I too will be switching over, Plan to also cut some trees back and preplan a spot on the side of my home for it!
