Instant reconnection

Once a month or so I lose the sat connection and my modem will start blinking.
When I call the 800 number the robot reads the usual spiel and “POOF” I`m reconnected as the blue light appears on my modem.
Might be a proof of life test ?

Thanks for posting.

We can look into this issue, but it would be very helpful to know the date and time (at least roughly) when the last of these events happened.

Also, when you lose connection, what is the color of the blinking light on your modem?
