Install key please

Is there any way to get an install key? I have a technician coming out Monday but I work from home most days and cant risk a reschedule or no show(happened before).

Hi @system9,

Did any Viasat agent confirm you have an antenna mispoint? Is that why you need the install key?

Our tools indicate that you don’t have a mispoint - so attempting a repoint probably won’t help if you are experiencing an issue. Could you please describe the symptom you are experiencing?

We see that you have multiple offline events, so we suppose your symptom is intermittent connectivity.

Your technician visit is currently scheduled for August 24, I’ll contact our field operations team and see if they are able to expedite it.

I will let you know if I have an update.

Customer service told me I have a dish misalignment. Working on it

Also your mite app is not downloadable with my phone. Is there another app?
