We were not, the tech called and needed to reschedule
I believe I got it, we are back online.
That’s great news! I can see that your modem is back online now.
However, our system is still registering your antenna as slightly mispointed, so we recommend keeping the scheduled tech visit just to make sure.

It is great. He did go and replace the dish after I told him not to yet because I could not pay for it today. This won’t be charged to our bill will it?
As the dish had been damaged, it needed to be replaced in any case.
You have the Easy Care add-on so there should be no charges involved in this service call regardless, but I will confirm this information and get back to you
I double-checked with Field Operations and you won’t be charged for anything done during this service call.
We’d only charge for the dish if it needed to be relocated due to remodeling or tree blockage – but as your issue was technical and the dish replacement was a necessity, this will be free of charge under the Easy Care package.
