I just got my service installed today. I’ve had to update my TVs due to not having internet in quite some time. We’ve watched 2 hours of Netflix, surf the web on our phones and my son updated a PS4 game. I looked earlier and it says we’ve used 65GB of our 100 GB of high speed…TODAY!!!. How is that possible???
Hi @Nblack419711,
The bulk downloads might have used up a lot of data. Is it ok if I take a look at your data usage to identify any abnormal usage and provide a recommendation?
Thanks,
Nacho
Yes you may, but I spoke with a customer service representative this morning and she informed me that my ps4 used 40GB. Apparently once it connected some apps updated and my son downloaded a big game update too. Thank you!
Hi, @Nblack419711,
I sent you the details of your usage in a direct message.
If you usually watch videos, you might like the Data Saver feature. Its goal is to decrease the usage caused by video streaming.
The Data Saver is still experimental, but it has already helped many customers. You can learn more about it at this link: Announcing the Data Saver Feature Experiment!
If you’re interested in that, you have to do the following:

Thank you. I will definitely try out the data saver.
