It looks like the weather in your region is affecting your signal quality, and by consequence your modem speeds.
When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?
This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.

I ran it it’s at 18.2mb a sec an I don’t know how weather is affecting something when there is almost no clouds are rain or wind top of that the is no obstructions

Weather issues in the ground station (distant from your location) can also degrade your speeds. There were some recent drops in the signal quality, but now the weather is not affecting the signal.
We asked you to run the advanced speed test so that we can check the difference between your device and modem speeds, and see if you have Wi-Fi issues.
Please, when you have a chance run a complete speed diagnosis as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to finish)
