Could you send us a screenshot of the error message that pops up when you try to log in to the modem?
I see that you have the SB2 model, so you can follow this guide to change the password: How do I change Wi-Fi settings on Surfbeam 2+ modem?
Also, if you have not previously created your own username and password, the default credentials are:
- Username: admin
- Password: admin

I just had a quick look at your account and it seems you currently have a hardware issue, so this could be related:
Please check if all cables on the modem are correctly plugged in, whenever you can.
