Hub not working properly

Disney plus has not been able to be used for the last 2 weeks while connected to my home internet. It works everywhere else. Then tried it again today and still not playing. I had tried resetting the hub and plugging it back in several times with no success. I unplugged it today and disney plus immediately worked on my phone and tv. Leaving it unplugged for now until I can get some answers

I’ve relayed your situation to the Viasat Stream team and they’ve requested that you reboot your modem (turn it off, wait for 20 seconds and turn it on again) and plug back your stream HUB. Let me know when you started the reboot process and if the hub works again after the process.

This seems to have worked. I will continue monitoring for a few days and see if the issue comes back or not
