Is there any way to un-enroll from auto pay. I can’t find anything on my account page to do that.
You should be able to do it within the Billing section of the My Viasat mobile app:
Once there, please try one of these 2 options:
- Change Payment Method
- Change Bill Date
You should find the option to un-enroll from auto pay in one of those pages.
Please let me know if that doesn’t work.
I heard back from our My Viasat team and learned that unfortunately it’s not possible to remove the auto-pay on the app.
