The speeds from my modem are at 4.68MPS. I need help resoling this ASAP. I have been struggling with this now for over a month. I finally downloaded the Viasat Browser to verify it is the same slow speed from my modem and not on my end. PLEASE HELP

Can you please run an advanced speed check including the speed from your modem? You can find instructions on how to do that here: How to run a speed test from my modem? This will help us to rule out the possibility of Wifi issues being the cause of your slow speeds.
I replaced my WIFI Rountree with a new Mesh system and now have GREAT speeds, today 75M down and 4.1M up. I have had these speeds consistent over the last month. Unfortunately it was my equipment slowing things down. Thank you!
