Horrible Speed and i am a brand new customer

Just got service yesterday. Speed was great while technician was here. About 20 minutes after he left speed dropped to 25% of what they were and never came back.

I’m sorry about this experience you’re having with Viasat right off the bat, I will investigate your account and modem to check if anything is amiss in your setup.

In the meantime, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?

This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
