My internet service was absolutely horrible; it wouldn’t even load anything on my phone. they wouldn’t let me do a payment plan to get rid of it: i would have had to pay $300 something just to get rid of it. i kinda figured they would have a little period of time like 30 days , which a lot of internet services have, to test it out and if it didn’t work u didn’t have to pay any money to not keep it. but of course they didn’t have that which just makes the company even more crappy. i just stopped paying it because im not paying for sometbing i can’t even use.
