High speed, funny!

Got an email stating my so called high speed is gone. But what I don’t get, in my billing cycles, I hardly ever have the high speeds yall say I have. I’ve come to a conclusion, you just keep it fast enough to be considered high speed, then when it’s gone you expect us consumers to buy more.

We’re trying to eliminate a few possibilities, so could you kindly run a few advanced tests at different periods of the day?
