Help with Slow Upload Speed

Our upload speed is 0.39 and needs to be at least 7mps as I work from home. Assistance is needed to increase this.
Please assist.

I did some checking and I could not reproduce the bad upload speeds. Does that happen throughout the entire day?

When you have a chance, please send us a speed test from your modem, as follows:

1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test
5 - Download the results (or take a screenshot)
6 - Send me the results in a direct message

Thank you, form the Viasat Browser, it shows the download at 10.3 Mbps and the Upload at 5.1 Mbps.

That’s an improvement for sure in your upload speeds, have you noticed this improvement reflected in your usage?
