Give me what I'm paying for or let me out!

Very SLOW speeds. Not at all what I am paying for. This either needs to be fixed or I need out of this contract to go to something that will work for us. I can not pay this price if it is going to be this slow. I also have a small business to run and can not do so. SOMETHING NEEDS DONE!

Please, when you have a chance, run a speed test from your modem as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browserthis test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)

By following those steps, we’ll have access to the results. I just want to make sure that you don’t have any Wi-Fi issues, and that test will help with that.
