I just ran a test from your modem and I’m seeing these speeds below. These speeds look good considering that you are on a plan that offers download speeds of up to 25 Mbps.
During the peak busy period (evening hours) speeds can decrease due to network congestion, which might explain why yo were seeing slow speeds. However, we also want to rule out other issues such as poor Wi-Fi signal.

Now that I am not trying to watch a movie the speeds are great. I ran this test last night and I was only getting 1mbps download speed. That’s a lot of “congestion.” My speed was 97% slower when I needed it and only 4% of what I pay for. I don’t watch movies often because of this but it is frustrating when I do. Thank you for responding and running your own test. It was more than I was expecting.

Unfortunately, network congestion appears to be an issue in your service area even beyond the peak busy period (evening hours).
However, based on our analysis, it looks like it might be possible to migrate your account to a less congested service area (serviced by a different satellite). If you are interested in pursuing this option please let me know and I can send some additional details over a private message.
