Garbage speeds and withdrawaled 61 bucks from my account with out my consent

What can I do i had better service with hughs net this is terrible service I need it fixed or im switching back

I have 3.6 mpbs when it’s supposed to be 150

Sadly it states “upto” that speed could be anything from .1 mbs to 150 mbs
