I am trying to access my gamefly account, but can’t get their website to load. It is the only site that is having this issue. Is Viasat blocking me from accessing this site for some reason?

Thanks for the message. Can you send us a link to the website and a screenshot of the error you see on the screen?
If the website you’re mentioning is https://www.gamefly.com, it seems there is an issue with the website.
When the home page loads there is an error screen and there are a lot of failed HTTP requests in the browser log:
If you navigate to the ‘About us’ page the website works, but most of the other resources are unavailable:
I tried Chrome, Firefox, and Edge and there were always the same errors.
Yeah that is the site. The strange thing is that when I use my tablet to go to the site, it loads fine. And that’s with being connect to my Viasat network. It seems maybe it’s a PC loading issue. At the same time though, someone on Facebook told me that on their computer it loads fine. So I don’t know what the issue is. Gamefly themselves says everything is fine on their end. It seems maybe it could be just a viasat connection issue. I dont’ know.

My guess is there is something wrong with their website. From the errors I see in the browser, there is some issue in the communication with their servers.
I tried with my mobile (using another ISP) and got the same error.
They should have some visibility on failed requests on their system, if they don’t it’s going to be hard for them to investigate the issue. Perhaps you can send them some screenshots or a short video of the failed navigation and the errors in the browser.
You can tell them all communication (for some users) between the browser and https://api.gamefly.com/api/ is failing.
I just tried navigating in private mode (Chrome/Firefox), and the same error happened. They should check that.
