Frustrating, slow uploads

my speed test show downloads in the upper teens, but uploads are less than 5, I have internet then I don’t. It’s very unstable. I am paying over a hundred a month and unfortunately, I need the combination of the internet and cellular connection to even have good phone service. It’s amazing how little that gauge goes up on the speed test. I have had this for many years, maybe it’s my equipment?

Does that issue happen during a specific time of the day or the entire day?

Is it affecting all of your devices?

I did some verification, but I’ll need your help to compare the speeds from your modem and devices.

When you have a chance, please send us a speed test from your modem, as follows:

1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test
5 - Download the results (or take a screenshot)
6 - Send me the results in a direct message
