I have finally been released from Viasat.
You have to be persistent. They are hoping to make you insane so you’ll just keep paying. They make it incredibly difficult. Too bad they don’t put that effort into providing quality internet service.
Y’all should cut your losses. I’d rather communicate with a stone tablet and chisel.
