Extremely Slow speeds

The speeds for my Internet are extremely slow. Service is always disconnecting too
Also, WiFi calling is always dropping out my calls.

Does the issue you reported happen at some specific hours of the day?

Also, it would be very helpful if you run a speed test from your modem, as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browserthis test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)

By following those steps, we’ll have access to valuable data that can help us troubleshoot the issue.

You could possibly be experiencing a Wi-Fi issue, upon checking the results from the tests you ran there’s a big difference between the speed from your modem and the speed from your device:

How far from your modem were you when you ran those tests?

As Avner mentioned above, that might be just a Wi-Fi issue. I just rechecked your (modem) speeds and everything is good.

Please, could you run a couple more tests as you did before (using the Viasat browser and signing in with your My Viasat account)? That way we can confirm the issue with the router, and then provide a fix for that.
