I have unlimited also and my download is 6 im paying 124 dollars a month for 6mbps? Not even close to acceptable

When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?

Why run this advanced test?
Sometimes we see good speeds on our side from your modem, but this doesn’t reflect your devices’ speeds; so with the Modem vs Device test we have a way of knowing both at the same time.
PS: Please keep in mind that the Unleashed plan does not have a fixed speed, and its terms of service state “Download speeds up to 25 – 100 Mbps”.
It will have to be tge next time i am there which will be this coming weekend very much false advertising to say 25 to 100 mbps and charge 124 a month for that then come back and say up to 25 to 100 implying it will never happen
