I’m supposed to have Unlimited High Speed data. I just got to my camp and the download speed is 1.22 mbps and the upload is 4.25 mbps. This is ridiculous. The TV keeps buffering and the screen going black because the speed bottoms out. I’m paying a ridiculous amount of money for internet that I only use a few times a month if that. The least it could do it work when I need to use it.
I was running the Speed Test and it caused my TV to buffer. Talk about terrible.
And don’t you dare say anything about the weather. It’s sunny & the dish was just replaced and realigned.

Please, when you have a chance run a complete speed diagnosis as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to finish)
If you follow those steps, I’ll be able to see the results and check useful information about your modem. We’ll need that information to investigate the issue.
