EXCUSES given on this forum are not Logical

Intolerable Buffering today. I’ve been given the reason for my buffering is because of congestion in my region. I would guess that there are at least a few thousand customers in MY REGION. Why is it that only a few customers in MY REGION have reported an issue?

Also read today in your newsletter that 50 million airline passengers per month are receiving internet service. Is this the reason
for SO much congestion in my region?? And the reason for poor ground service??

EXCUSES are not logical.
