Download Speeds of Less Than 1 Mbps

I have been getting download speeds of less than 1 Mbps for the last month. Speeds will recover at times, but drop right back down. Two repair technicians have been here, but the problem remains. The modem has been changed, the electronics on the dish have been swapped out, the dish has been sited, the grounding block has been rewired… and still, I have download speeds of less than 1 Mbps. I don’t know how to attach an image of the speed test, but I’ll give it a go.

Thank you for running a speed check! Could you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis with the Viasat Browser? This will give us a more accurate reading of the speed situation and help us identify or rule out any Wi-Fi issues.

Thanks for your response, Isabela. I wish I had that speed, but that’s not what I have. I am seeing speeds of less than 1 Mbps at all times of day. They will recover a bit, but always drop back down. Here are the tests you requested. Please note that my speeds are a far cry from what you showed me.

Isabela, where did you go? Are you still helping me? I continue to see ridiculously slow speeds, day after day. Here’s one from today.
