I am so frustrated with Viasat. On 9/3 we suddenly had no internet. Supposedly dish out of alignment. I find this hard to believe as we had no wind and it looks just like normal on our roof. I called twice with poor customer service and told they would schedule a service call only to find out they don’t have anyone to come work on it. What is the deal???
Sorry about this experience. I will try 2 things simultaneously:
- I will request our field operations team to look at your case and hopefully find you a technician in the area.
- I’ll continue to troubleshoot the issue - I’m escalating it to some of our engineers.
I have a question: What is the color of your modem’s LED light? And does it blink or is it solid?
