storm knocked dish out of alignment. Customer service rep didn’t even understand the issue asking me if I tried this that and the other…why didn’t they run their own diagnostic in their app to see for themselves…now I can’t get any service call till aug 23…this has been for the entire month so far and no one even offered a credit or anything…never been more disgusted with a company.

Based on what I’m seeing on our system, your antenna is totally disconnected. So I was wondering if your antenna was completely knocked over or if it just got severely mispointed?
If it didn’t get fully knocked over and it is installed in an easy/safe to reach location, then you could try repointing it yourself. You will only need a couple of 13mm wrenches and to follow some video instructions that I can provide. Would you be interested in trying this?
I understand if you prefer to leave it in the hands of the professional technician, so I will reach our field operations team and check if there is any possibility to expedite the technician visit.

I feel i need a credit on my account for complete inability to get your tech out there for a month - i was charged for the entire month while not having aby ability to access the internet- what is anyone going to do about that?
