I seem to be having the same problem as everyone else in the fact that my data is being used and gone within 10 to 13 days max after it starts I could understand that possibly, up to a few months ago until three members of the household moved out now I cannot understand it at all when there’s no one here but myself all day. There is no streaming in my house because my data speed is never quick enough to even try to do that I can’t try to use it with my TV either because it will sit for 20 mins buffering and nothing happening, nothing gets downloaded to try and watch or it just sits spinning. I’d like to know what I can do since I don’t even Have the speeds they guarantee you it have for uploading and downloading etc and I’ve asked for a never router or any equipment to update things since I’ve had Viasat for a few years with the Promise that it would get better. Sorry about that experience. Is it ok if we take a look at your data usage? That will help us identify any irregular consumption and provide a recommendation based on that.
I ended up calling customer service and learned a few tips, changed my plan, so hopefully that’ll work if not I’m sure I will be back in contact
