In the last week, my data usage has increased 3 fold for no reason I can discern. No new devices, no changes in behavior. In the past, usage was in the 3 gb per day range. In the last week, it’s gone up as high as 10gb. We have not been streaming more than usual or anything else. Today, I was on my pc for about 45 minutes just checking email, etc. 2.5 gb was consumed. I called customer support to no avail. I am baffled as to the cause or the solution .
