I was told as part of a sales pitch that the first month would be free then my account was charged less than 2 weeks later! Breach of contract!! Coverage is horrible and data is used up even when nothing is being used by far the worst internet company ever!! Please cancel my service immediately!!!

In terms of your data, do you give me consent to look into your usage? If so, I can see if there might be some sort of device or application that you are not aware of that is using up your data.
If you would like to cancel your service, I can also reach out to someone about that as well. Please let me know if you would prefer to resolve your credit and data usage issues first.
You can look at the data usage but because Viasat broke the contract within the first month I do want the contract terminated immediately. In the first Viasat proved untrustworthy and I can’t deal with a company like that!
I have reached out to the accounts team and will let you know what they say. In the meantime, I will look into your data usage and see what I can find.

I just heard back from the accounts and billing team:
- They said that they refunded your account for the first month of service, and called to let you know but you did not answer so they left a voicemail. In the voicemail they advised to allow 3-5 business days to see the amount of $69.19 returned to the payment method it came from.
- If you still wish to disconnect the account, this would need to be done over the phone so disclosures can be read. Here is the number for that: 855-463-9333

Let us know if you would like us to take a deeper look at your usage. Sometimes we’re able to spot an unexpected consumer or suggest other ways to reduce consumption.
We granted you 20GB of data and also credited your account for that data. Probably you will receive a message saying that you bought 20GB of data, but rest assured you will not have to pay for that.
In the meantime, we will check your usage and let you know when we find out what might be causing the excessive data usage.
As a final update to this issue, our customer has chosen to terminate his service with Viasat.
Yes I decided to terminate my service because Viasat has the worst coverage and service of any company anywhere. Would never recommend them would actually recommend anyone but them!!
