I called Via Sat to inquire about getting a new dish installed cost etc. The person could only schedule a $95 service call. I need to know the cost of the dish. Also that would require 2 service calls one to diagnose the problem and another to install. I have had Viasat 4 years and it has gotten increasingly slower and now when the hurricane damaged my dish I can’t even get a straight answer. Seriously considering Starlink.

I’m terribly sorry about this misunderstanding.
You have the add-on “Easy Care”, so service calls should always be free for your account.
I can request the tech visit internally if you’d like, and inform them beforehand that your dish is damaged – that way you’ll only need 1 service call, and this will be free of charge.
We can schedule an appointment. It will need to be a Thursday or Friday. The dish is definitely damaged. Trees are rough on equipment.
