Credit may be needed

My husband and I looked at our plan and the cost for 60GB showed 84.99. I need to know when this was updated, because we’ve been paying $100 for 60GB since 2018 and can only use our internet for 5 days before it slows to an almost halt. We were very surprised to see we’re paying 120 for 60 when we could be paying 120 for 100GB. This is why I need to know how long we’ve been paying over for 60GB.
