Continued low download speed

I’ve had continued slow speed and inability to maintain a MS Team call (audio or video) which is critical to my working from home. I spoke with support yesterday and we rebooted, removed devices, my one device is wired in. Still, download speed consistently 0.4 and audio on my calls is terrible/lagging. Please advise
