Connectivity is weak and speed is bad

I am having issues with speed. I did the speed test and it is bad. My bad connection usually means that I need someone to adjust the dish from outside. I have had a bad experience with service but I am trying again.

I am very pleased with the connectivity. He spent time relocating the dish and securing it and I have been able to work at home.
