Charges after cancelling

It has been over a year now. We cancelled services with viasat in September- October of 2022 due to moving. After all was said and done we sent their equipment back and suddenly a few months go by and are being charged 300+ for missing equipment after talking with customer service everything was fine. Now, We just received an email from a debt collector agency stating we owe 700+ … With the history of this company and issues exactly like mine happening to everyone I will be contacting an attorney to settle this matter. This is genuinely a scam and a headache
