I noticed latency getting slower and now I have a bigger problem. I need to access a cloud-hosted application for work and it’s so slow that it won’t work correctly. I checked with the cloud service, they tested and see a lag of over 600 ms.
Are you able to test my connection remotely?

Thanks for your message. That’s correct, 600ms is the expected latency for satellite internet (more details here: Satellite internet latency: What's the big deal? - Viasat)
There was some signal interference a few days ago, but now everything seems fine.
I just tested your modem and the speeds are good at this moment:
Are you experiencing issues only with that application or with any other apps?
