I have been working to resolve an issue with Viasat at Equipment return box - Account and Billing - Viasat Support Forum After their last post I can no long post to the board, the reply button disappears when I sign in using any browser, nor can I reply to their e-mails. Any suggestions?

Yes, the primary used passed away. However, we can still return the equipment if a return box is sent to our address.

As I mentioned before, as you disconnected due to a death, no box is sent in this scenario. You won’t be charged for any unreturned equipment.
