This company is very deceitful. I was very clear of the service I needed to video conference for remote work. The speeds are too slow to adequately video conference and share screen during online meetings. I cancelled service after only one month since I can not perform my job as needed and need to rent an office space. Viasat is now charging me 22 months cancelation fee of $330. Very porr customer service, they just want to take your money and get you into a plan that may not be right for your needs, Please waive this fee! Viasat should provide better customer service and care!

Anyway, we took a look at your account and realized that there is high cable resistance in your current Viasat setup, which could be remedied by a technician visit. So given that your disconnect is not going into effect until mid October (the end of the current billing cycle) we were wondering if you would be interested in attempting to fix the issues one final time?
Additionally, we would like to understand a little bit more about the issues you experienced with videoconferencing apps.
