I had Viasat for 9 mths. It was useless because of the constant buffering and slow speeds. So I cancelled it on 8/15/23. But since my billing date started 8/12 I’m being billed for another entire month even though I disconnected the dish. I purchased StarLink and have been using it, and let me say its WONDERFUL! Since Viasat service was so crappy, and I’ll already be paying an early disconnected fee, they shouldn’t charge me for a month im not using. The customer service people aren’t willing to discuss anything.
