I am very frustrated with Viasat. We had Viasat installed on August 5th, 2024. All week it was spotty service and slow speeds. Even with high end mesh system. I called today on August 9th to cancel service. When I signed up it was no contract and the installer said no problem to come out and remove if it didn’t work out. Today I called to have the service cancelled and was told I would be charged through August 31st AND that after that date I have to call back to have a tech come out and remove the dish off the roof and that would cost me another $95. I was told there was no prorating for the monthly cost. So that puts me out $250 for 5 days of crappy service. I am completely floored by how bad this experience has been. Is there anything I can do???
