Canceled Service

Can you explain why I have to wait for a whole billing cycle to get my boxes to return your equipment. I paid the a whole month that I won’t be using and for all the early cancellation fees today when I canceled.
There is no reason for the delay??? Sounds by reading all these post my decision to cancel was a smart move. Guess I’ll contact the BBB since I can’t get an answer from any number I call. I’ve been in business for 37 years and always made sure customers came first so I really don’t know how they stay in business

All disconnect requests only go through when your latest billing cycle ends.

I see that your disconnect is scheduled for January 28, because your billing cycle had just started on December 28, and you put in the request on December 29.

As soon as that is over, you’ll receive the shipment of the return box.
