Why is my service buffering so much ? I have plenty of data . I have reset modem . Called multiple times and they say their is no problem on their end. But something isn’t right.

I’m sorry about this situation you’re experiencing.
We’ve checked your account and setup, and currently they are all healthy, and your modem speeds are good:
To help us better understand your issue, I have a few questions:
- Would you be able to tell us when you first noticed this buffering, or have you always experienced this?
- Is it happening specifically on video streaming websites, or are other websites loading slowly?
- Does this happen on all websites, or just 1?
- Do you notice if this happens at a specific period of the day, or 24/7?
- Are you currently using any external Routers besides the Viasat-provided modem?
And lastly, when you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?
Sometimes we see good speeds on our side from your modem, but this doesn’t reflect your devices’ speeds, so with this tool we have a way of knowing both at the same time.
This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
